DELIVERY AND WILL CALL:

All event tickets are emailed electronically after purchased.  All event tickets are emailed electronically 3 weeks prior to the event.  There will be a list at Will-Call for all tickets purchased where you will be able to pick-up wristbands and gain access

DISBURSEMENT OF TICKETS:

Unless prior arrangement is made and approved, event tickets can only be disbursed to the person in our system that made the initial purchase and will not be replaced if lost or stolen

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

• Cancelled Before 2/1/24 – Full Refund On Events/Tickets

• Cancellations before 3/1/24 - 50% refund of purchased price On Events/Tickets

• Cancellations before 4/1/24 – 50% Funds credited to a future Sizzle event

• Cancellation on or after 5/1/24 – refunds are null and void.

ROOM CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY ON BOOKING MADE AFTER 1/1/2024:

• Cancellations before 3/26/24 - 100% Refundable

• Cancellations before 4/1/24 – Non-Refundable

 

Hotel Payments: 1st Night Non-Refundable Deposit Required At The Time Of Booking

RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY:

Cameras and video recorders, audiotape recorders and other types of recording devices are prohibited at all events.

You give Your express consent to Your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited I   n any and all media for any purpose at any time

TRANSFERABILITY / RESALE

Under no circumstances can tickets be transferred to another person after purchase.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY / EJECTION:

Sizzle Miami reserves the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You from the Event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event, (c) if You use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in Sizzle Miami’s reasonable opinion, You appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (e) if You refuse to comply with Sizzle Miami’s security searches, (f) if You breach these Terms, or (g) if Your Ticket is void.  No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or ejected due to Your own behavior.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Means any cause beyond Sizzle Miami’s control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defense requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments.  Sizzle Miami will not be liable to You for failure to perform any obligation under the Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
